Deleting Your Data

Ceeli is designed so that you stay in control of your data. Almost everything Ceeli holds — your expenses, family members, favourites, settings, and the metadata about your doctor's letter. Lives only on your device, never on our servers. Here's how to delete it.
 

1. Delete the data stored on your device

Choose either method: both remove your data immediately and permanently:

  • In the app: open Settings → Danger Zone → Erase All Data. This wipes every expense, family member, favourite, your profile/settings, and the doctor's-letter metadata, instantly and irreversibly.

  • Uninstall Ceeli: removing the app from your device deletes all of its on-device data at once.
     

2. Delete subscription information

If you have subscribed, a small amount of subscription information (an anonymous identifier and your Google Play purchase token) is held by our subscription processor, RevenueCat. To request its deletion:

  • Email admin@wim-collective.com with the subject line "Deletion request".

  • We will request deletion of the associated records and confirm when complete, normally within 30 days.
     

3. What is deleted, and what is kept

  • Deleted immediately (on-device, when you use Erase All Data or uninstall): all expenses, family members, favourites, profile and settings, doctor's-letter metadata, and receipt-location notes.

  • Kept only as legally required: subscription and transaction records that Google Play and RevenueCat must retain for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. We do not control those statutory retention periods.

Ceeli does not store medical documents, receipt photos, your net income, or your Social Insurance Number at any point — so there is nothing of that kind to delete. For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.
